The best way to explain what we can do for you is to tell you about a project that an investor brought us. The property owner acquired a home that was abandoned by an individual that attempted to remodel it and gave up. We accepted the challenge, and with our expertise in construction remodels serving the Austin Metroplex, we took the keys and began to transform this home into a work of art.

The HVAC was downstairs and blocking the view of the kitchen. So we decided to relocate the HVAC to the second floor to provide an attractive open floor plan that the customer desired. This was a real challenge.

I met with a structural engineer, and we designed a plan that allowed the open floor plan and to still provide a sound structure.

We installed two structure beams in the living and dining room, while still maintaining a clean modern look.

The remodel turned out amazing and increased the value of this home, drastically. We also converted a fourth bedroom to a huge impressive master bath that was the icing on the cake.

The house was only on the market for only a few days. When it closed, it was sold above the asking price.
